通过对时效硬度的测定和时效过程的差示扫描量热(DSC)曲线的分析,研究了稀土对6063铝合金时效硬度和时效动力学的影响.结果表明,稀土的适量加入能提高6063铝合金的时效硬度,但加入量过大会使强化相减少,合金时效硬度下降.稀土的引入会使过渡相β”和强化相β (Mg25i)的析出被推迟与抑制,其原因在于稀土形成含硅化合物降低了基体中溶解态Si的浓度,增加了β"相和β相析出所需的Si元素扩散时间,同时稀土还提高了β相析出的激活能.
