采用声速法及X射线衍射法对不同拉伸倍数聚丙烯腈原丝的取向结构进行研究.结果表明,声速法测定的聚丙烯腈原丝的取向系数和声模量均随拉伸比的增加而增加.用X射线极角扫描法(反射法)定量求出聚丙烯腈分子链沿拉伸方向的取向分布函数(ODF)及取向系数〈Pn〉,结果表明〈Pn〉随拉伸倍数增加而增加,以近仿射形变理论计算的取向分布q(χ)与实验数据N(χ)有较好吻合,同时确定了与有效形变率λ有关的参数p和q值,以期达到通过控制加工过程中的拉伸倍数从而控制聚丙烯腈原丝取向结构的目的.
