针对优特钢产品市场订单批量小、规格多、品种杂,影响成本、产能的难题,探索出柔性连铸新工艺,即“同钢种不同坯型同一中包”连铸工艺。在确保产品质量及生产安全的前提下,减少频繁开停机,减少坯头坯尾废品,降低中包耐材、连铸辅料等消耗,同时减轻工人的劳动强度,有效提高炼钢一连铸生产效率,降低工序成本。
To solve the problems of small quantities of orders, more specifications and varieties of miscellaneous which will affect cost and productivity, the new flexible technology for continuous casting was explored, that is"different sizes of the billet can be casted with the same tundish in the same casting". Under the condition of good quality and industry safety, the frequent startup and shutdown, the waste of head billet and tail billet, tundish refractories and casting accessories such as consumption were reduced, and at the same time, the labor intensity of worker were also decreased so that the production efficiency of steelmaking and CC was increased sufficiently and the working proce- dure cost was decreased.
