本文建立起Ll_2型金属间化合物点缺陷的平衡方程,计算了Ni_3Al中反位置缺陷、空位的浓度分布并通过考察点缺陷的温度效应,在理论上澄清了对Ni_3Al中“组分点缺陷”性质的认识
Equilibrium equation of point defects in Ll_2 type intermetallic compoundswas established to calculate the relations of the concentration of antisite defects and vacanciesand bulk composition in Ni_3Al. The examination of temperature effects on the point defectscleared up the misunderstanding of the properties of the "constitutional point defects" inNi_3Al.
