采用真空电子束扫描以Cr3 C2与铁的混合粉为原料在低合金钢表面熔覆制备了(Cr,Fe)7C3/γ-Fe合金层,对合金层进行了金相、X射线衍射和扫描电镜分析以及显微硬度测试和室温干滑动磨损试验.结果表明:合金层的组织均匀细小,由枝状晶奥氏体相扣共晶碳化物相组成;合金层的显微硬度达到950~1 050 HV,约为基材显微硬度(360 HV)的2.6~3.2倍;相对于基材,合金层的耐磨性能提高了5.2倍;合金层只有轻微的摩擦划痕,为磨粒磨损;而基材有片状剥落,属典型的粘着磨损.
