采用鼓泡法研究了冷却水阻垢缓蚀剂(HO)_2OPCH_2—(?)—N[CH_2PO(OH)_2]_2系列中n=0,1,2,3的四种甲叉膦酸—ATMP(氨基三甲叉膦酸)、EDTMP(乙二胺四甲叉膦酸)、DETPMP(二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸)、TETHMP(三乙烯四胺六甲叉膦酸)对CaCO_3、SrCO_3和BaCO_3的阻垢作用。结果表明,(1)四种甲叉膦酸对CaCO_3、SrCO_3和BaCO_3都有明显的阻垢作用和溶限效应(threshold effect);(2)它们的阻垢能力随分子中—CH_2PO(OH)_2官能团数目的增加而增强,其阻垢能力的次序为:TETHMP>DETPMP>EDTMP>ATMP;(3)四种甲叉膦酸分子中每一个—CH_2PO(OH)_2官能团对阻垢能力的贡献彼此接近。
A new method——bubble method is used to study the scale inhibition of four methylenephosphonic acids (MP) with (HO)_2OPCH_2——N[CH_2PO(OH)_2]_2 structure (n=0,1,2,3)——ATMP (Aminotrimethylenephosphonic acid), EDTMP (Ethylenediaminetetramethyleneposphonie acid), DETPMP (Diethylenetriaminepentamethylenephosphonic acid) and TETHMP (Triethylenetetraaminehexamethylenephosphonic acid). Results show that all these metb.ylenephosphonicacids have significant scale inhibition ability and threshold effect. The scale inhibition ability of methylenephosphonie acids increases with the number of functional group—CH_2PO(OH)_2 in their molecules (m). According to their scale inhibition ability,these methylenephosphonic acids may be arranged in the following order: TETHMP>DETPMP>EDTMP>ATMP m=6 m=5 m=4 m=3 The contribution of every—CH_2PO(OH)_2 group in these methylenephosphonic acid molecules to scale inhibition is about the same.
