概述了铝及合金铸造过程中中间合金组织遗传性研究的发展过程,分析了中间合金组织遗传性对晶粒细化效果和最终铸件性能的影响;总结了中间合金组织遗传效应所需的物理条件及其细化机理;指出通过控制中间合金的质量、优化熔体处理工艺、研究开发新工艺等可以控制和利用中间合金的组织遗传效应,从而提高铸造铝合金的性能.
