结合有关的热力学数据,从碳、铬、磷选择性氧化的角度,研究了各参数对不锈钢脱磷热力学条件及工艺的影响.热力学计算结果表明,BaO-CaO系渣更适合不锈钢脱磷,应适当提高初始碳含量并降低渣中P2O5含量以利脱磷保铬.这对不锈钢脱磷工艺的制定具有指导意义.
