采用纯铝中间层和Zn-Al钎料实现了TC4钛合金和2A12铝合金的非真空刮涂钎焊。借助扫描电镜和能谱分析等测试手段,分析了接头的界面组织结构、界面反应产物。借助电子万能试验机对室温抗拉强度进行了测试。结果表明:TC4钛合金和2A12铝合金的连接接头成形良好,钎焊接头Ti侧界面产物仅有一种金属间化合物TiAl3相;试样接头均断裂于Zn-Al钎料中,钎焊温度为420℃,最高抗拉强度可达到201 MPa。

Blade-coating brazing of TC4 titanium alloy and 2A12 aluminum alloy by using Zn-Al filler metal and pure Al interlayer was investigated. The interfacial microstructure of joints and interfacial reactant were determined by scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive spectroscopy. The tensile strength of joint was measured by electronic universal testing machine. The results show that the joint of TC4 titanium alloy and 2A12 aluminum alloy is in good shape. The TiAl3 phase is formed at the interface on titanium alloy side. The cracks entirely occur within the Zn-Al filler metal. The highest tensile strength of the joint reaches 201 MPa at brazing temperature of 420℃.
