对进口大型轴承内套圈表面裂纹进行分析。结果表明，裂纹产生的原因与磨削工艺不当有关，在磨削过程中发生高温回火烧伤，使材料表面断裂强度降低而产生裂纹。
The analysis of causes for crack on the internal ring surface of imported large bearings was done. It was shown that the crack was attributed to the grinding process. The burning in hightemperature temper occurred during grinding，the fracture strength of the material surface was reduced to cause crack.
