用电化学极化法研究了ECAP加工工艺对Al-7%Si-1.5%Cu(质量分数)合金在含氯离子的硼砂-硼酸弱碱性溶液中的点腐蚀行为.采用ECAP的工艺路线Bc在室温下对Al-Si-Cu合金进行了连续大变形处理后,合金组织中Si颗粒的分布更加均匀.极化实验表明,ECAP变形处理后的合金试样的点腐蚀电压明显增加.但是随着加工次数的增加,点腐蚀电压的变化不明显.分析表明,ECAP变形过程中Si颗粒的均匀分布是Al-Si-Cu合金耐腐蚀性能提高的主要原因.
