以钛酸丁酯Ti(OBu)4和乙醇C2H5OH为前驱物,先制备钛酸丁酯溶胶,陈化后放入高压釜中进行水热反应得到具有不同粒径的量子尺寸纳米TiO2粉末;研究其荧光发射光谱和紫外-可见漫反射光谱.结果表明:随粒径变小,纳米TiO2粉末的荧光发射光谱没有蓝移现象;而紫外-可见漫反射光谱则向短波方向移动,发生了"蓝移".对不同粒径纳米TIO2粉末的光学吸收带隙进行了计算.
