研究了氮对含钒微合金化钢筋中钒的析出行为的影响。实验结果表明:低氮钒钢中,大部分钒固溶于铁素体基体,比例高达56 %,只有35.5 %钒形成V(C,N);高氮钒钢中,70 %的钒析出形成V(C,N),只有20 %的钒固溶于基体。钢中增氮还减小了V(C,N)颗粒尺寸,明显增加细小V(C,N)析出相的体积分数。

The effect of nitrogen on precipitating behavior of vanadium in V-N microalloyed steels is investigated in this paper. Nitrogen changes the distribution of vanadium in precipitated phase and ferrite matrix and promotes precipitation of fine V(C,N) particles. For low nitrogen V-steel, only 35.5 % of the total vanadium precipitates in the form of V(C,N) while 56 % of vanadium is soluted in ferrite matrix. However, in V-N steels most of vanadium precipitates in the form of V(C,N) and the proportion is up to 70 %. Only 20 % of vanadium is soluted in the matrix. Enhanced nitrogen content, which contributes to exploitation of more potential of precipitation strengthening of vanadium, results in remarkable improvement of the strength of vanadium-nitrogen steels.
