首先制备丁腈橡胶(NBR)/2,2'-亚甲基双-(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)(AO-2246)共混物,然后添加不同含量的绢云母粉,获得了不同阻尼性能的复合材料.采用动态力学分析、红外光谱以及扫描电镜等手段研究了绢云母粉加入后的改善阻尼性能的机理.研究结果表明,绢云母粉的加入,不仅提高了NBR/AO-2246共混物的损耗角正切值(tanδ),而且储能模量(E')和损耗模量(E")均得到提高.通过红外光谱分析可知,分子间氢键效应不是导致NBR/AO-2246/绢云母共混物高阻尼性能的原因.结合扫描电镜分析表明,高阻尼性能是无定形态小分子AO-2246具有高阻尼性能和绢云母与NBR基体间摩擦耗散能量共同作用的结果.储能模量的增大是绢云母粉特殊的高厚径比层状结构引起的补强效应所致.
