采用氨解渗氮法和熔盐渗硅法在钼基体上制备了钼-硅-氮涂层,利用SEM、XRD研究了涂层的微观结构、元素分布及物相组成,并分析了其在1 600℃的抗高温氧化性能。结果表明:钼基体上的钼-硅-氮涂层由MoSi2和Si3N4相组成,高温氧化时表面可形成致密的SiO2膜,在1 600℃循环氧化寿命达48h。

Mo-Si-N coating was prepared on Mo substrate by aminolysis nitriding and salt ihrigizing molten methods.The microstructure,elemental distribution and phase were studied by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction,and the high-temperature oxidation resistance of the coating at 1 600 ℃ was analyzed.The results show that Mo-Si-N coating prepared on Mo substrate consisted of MoSi2 and Si3N4 phases,compact SiO2 film was formed on coating surface when the coating was oxidized at high temperature,and high temperature cyclic oxidation life of the coating was 48 h.
