从改善纳米TiO2的光催化性能出发,综述了晶相结构和结晶度、表面状态和结构等对TiO2催化性能的影响和对纳米TiO2改性的几种主要方法,重点强调了金属掺杂和复合半导体途径.以掺银TiO2和SnO2-TiO2复合半导体材料为例,详细分析了这2种改性体系对TiO2光催化性能的影响及其作用机理.最后指出了纳米TiO2光催化性能研究发展的重点.
