以陕西某矿矸石电厂的湿排粉煤灰为研究对象,采用化学分析、激光粒度分析、X衍射、扫描电子显微镜等测试手段,研究了粉煤灰的理化特征.研究表明,矸石电厂粉煤灰颗粒较粗,以20~70 μm的颗粒为主,颗粒形状不规则,球形颗粒较少;化学组成以氧化硅、氧化铝和氧化铁为主,含量超过70%,属于低钙灰,烧失量不满足国家标准三级灰要求;粉煤灰由大量的多孔玻璃体、碳粒以及少量晶体矿物所组成,矿物组成主要为石英,还有少量的莫来石、赤铁矿.

The physical and chemical characteristics of wet fly ash from coal gangue-fired power plant in shaanxi were studied by using chemical analysis, laser sizer, XRD, SEM and other techniques. The experimental results showed that the wet gangue fly ash has anomalous particles with 20-70 μm. The chemical composition contains mainly SiO_2,Al_2O_3 and Fe_2O_3 with more than 70% content. It has lower calcium content and higher ignition loss, meeting the national standard of Ⅲ grade of fly ash. Fly ash consists of porous amorphous phase, carbon grain and a small amount mineral crystal which dominated by quartz, mullite and hematite. In filling and supporting of coal mine, the wet fly ash can be activated by combining with physical and chemical activation and adopting special techniques further.
