漏钢预报系统属于高效连铸生产的关键工艺和装备。镭目公司从连铸漏钢预报工程技术实际出发，总结影响漏钢预报系统预报准确率的原因，开发了一种高准确率漏钢预报系统。多家钢厂采用RAMON漏钢预报系统后证明，本系统从判断漏钢到输出拉速信号的响应时间≤0.5 s，漏钢检测的准确率 ≥ 95%，报警输出率 ≥ 99%。
Breakout prediction system is a key technical equipment of high efficient continuous casting technique. Based on engineering practices of breakout prediction in continuous casting system, law of factors affecting the precision are summarized, a high precision forecast system of mold breakout has been developed by RAMON. Many steel mills proved that RAMON’s breakout expert system has the fast response time(≤0.5 s), high precision of breakout prediction(≥ 95%) and annunciation(≥ 99%).
