从太钢5号高炉炉腹煤气量指数54m3/(min.m2)到67m3/(min.m2)的实践出发,探讨其对生产的影响及合理控制该指数的意义,从而为大型高炉实现较高炉腹煤气量指数下的低燃料比、经济化生产服务。
Large capacity blast furnace was strengthened smelting with the increasing bosh gas volume index.The effect of bosh gas volume index on production of blast furnace and the suitable control range of bosh gas volume index was discussed according to the practice of the furnace bosh gas volume index from 54 m3/(min·m2) to 67 m3/(min·m2) on NO.5 BF in TISCO.The low fuel ratio and economical production was obtained under the situation of higher bosh gas volume index for large capacity blast furnace.
