主要研究了光亮退火工艺的质量特性和BA板生产的工艺改进.通过测量铬元素浓度分布的方式,研究了2B板表面的"贫铬"现象,从耐腐蚀性和易加工性的角度,指出应选择BA板作为镜面板加工的基板.并针对光亮退火时无法改善钢板表面粗糙度的问题,通过现场试验和测量,明确了原料酸洗、单道次轧制、原料表面修磨和光亮冷轧工序的工艺控制标准,提出和成功实施了新的预轧修磨工艺,生产出的高等级BA板达到了镜面板加工的质量标准.

The quality characteristics of the bright annealing technique and technological improvement of the BA sheet production were studied. The measured concentration of Cr on 2B and BA sheet surface showed the Chromi-um-depleted phenomenon on 2B sheet, which indicated that BA sheet should be used for a substrate of stainless steel specular-production in terms of erosion-resistance and workability. As bright annealing is unable to improve the sur-face roughness, a new processing Pre-polished technology are suggested and practiced, which consists of material pickling, one-pass rolling, material surface-polished and bright cold roll. The pre-polished BA sheet meets the quali-ty standard of specular levels products.
