利用旋转圆盘式冲刷腐蚀实验机,研究了环氧粉末涂层的冲蚀率与流速之间的变化规律以及 含砂量、砂粒径对速度指数的影响.结果表明:在不同的含砂量和砂粒径条件下,冲蚀率与 流速间均服从幂函数规律,即E=KVn.随含砂量增大,速度指数减小,最后趋于一稳 定值;随粒径的增大,速度指数先减小而后增大,存在一极小值.涂层的冲蚀是塑性变形和 微切削共同作用,但以塑性变形为主.
The relationship between erosion rate of fusion-bond ed epoxy powder coating and the flow velocity,and the influence of the content a nd size of sand in water based slurries on the exponent of the flow velocity hav e been investigated by using modified rotating disk rig.The results showed that erosion rate of the coating increased according to a power law with the flow vel ocity (V) under different test conditions,namely E=KVn.With the increa se of sand content the exponent of flow velocity decreased and then r eached a constant value.With the increase of sand size,firstly,the exponent of f low velocity decreased and increased consequently,there exists a minimum exponen t of flow velocity.The erosion mechanism of the coating included microcut and pl astic deformation and the later was dominant.
