采用对环境友好的绿色合成方法,在碱性条件下,利用氧化还原体系把高价硒还原成灰黑色的三方相硒.以蔗糖、葡聚糖为软模板和形态导向剂,制备出了尺寸均匀、形态不同的硒纳米线.并用XRD、SEM等分析手段对产物的形貌和结构进行了表征,并对它们的成线机理做了相应的分析和解释.结果表明,两种不同的糖对硒纳米线生长的影响不同,在蔗糖条件下生成的硒纳米线尺寸较小,直径在80~300nm,长度在大约6μm左右.而在葡聚糖条件下生成的纳米线直径在500nm以上,长度达到0.5cm.它们生成的硒纳米线均为三方相结构,并且结晶性能良好,其生长方向沿着三方向硒的[001]方向生长.
