采用搅拌铸造法制备了SiC颗粒增强Mg-2.1%Zn-0.7Zr合金基复合材料,采用LMR-1型低频力学弛豫谱测试系统研究了基体合金及复合材料的阻尼性能与振幅和温度的变化关系.结果表明:室温下复合材料的阻尼性能随SiC合金的增加略有下降,在25~250℃时复合材料的内耗值与基体合金的内耗值基本相当;当温度高于300℃时,复合材料的阻尼性能明显优于基体合金的;基体合金及其复合材料的阻尼机制均可用G-L理论解释.
SiC particles reinforced Mg-2.1%Zn-0.7%Zr alloy composites were prepared by stir casting. The damping capacity of the matrix alloy and the composites varying with amplitude and temperature was investigated by LMR-1 low-frequency torsion pendulum system. The results show that the damping capacity of the composites at room temperature decreased slightly as the increase of the SiC content. The internal friction value of the composites was the same of that of the matrix alloy when the temperature was in the range of 25-250 ℃. A contrary result could be obtained at the temperature higher than 300 ℃. The damping mechanism of the matrix alloy and the composites could be explained by G-L theory.
