将接有氨基的纳米SiO2用于水性聚氨酯(WPU)的改性,制得SiO2/WPU杂合分散体.采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、差示扫描量热(DSC)、扫描电镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)考察了SiO2用量对胶膜微相分离和结晶性能的影响,研究了WPU相形态与胶膜耐水性、力学性能等的关系.结果表明,随着SiO2用量的增加,有序氢键化程度降低,无序氢键化程度增加,SEM和AFM图中软段和硬段的微相分离显著减弱,胶膜的相对结晶度从59.62%降至23.69%,说明SiO2的引入增加了软硬段的相容性,降低了软段结晶性能.当SiO2质量分数为2%时,拉伸强度为21.05 MPa,断裂伸长率为317.43%,吸水率为24.26%,复合材料具有最佳的耐水性和力学性能.
