以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚氧化丙烯三醇、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为主要单体合成了聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)低聚物,并通过对PUA低聚物异氰酸根含量的测定,分子结构、分子量大小及其分布的表征,分析了单体配比、反应温度、催化剂含量、原料中水分及稀释剂含量等对合成低聚物性能的影响。结果表明:当催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡的质量分数为0.3%,稀释剂1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯(HDDA)的质量分数为20%,n(TDI)∶n(聚氧化丙烯三醇)∶n(HEMA)=3.08∶1∶3时,可以合成色相好、分子量大小及其分布合理的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物;以该聚氨酯丙烯酸酯制得的UV固化涂料的综合性能优良。
A polyurethane acrylate(PUA) oligomer was synthesized from toluene diisocyanate(TDI), poly-oxypropylene triol and hydroethyl methacrylate(HEMA), and its -NCO content, molecular structure, and molecular weight and distribution were measured. The effect of the ratio of monomers, reaction tempera-ture, catalyst, and moisture and diluent in the raw materials on the properties of the PUA was studied. The results show that when the mass fraction of dibutyltin dilaurate catalyst is 0.3%, the mass fraction of diluent 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate(HDDA) is 20%, n(TDI)∶n(polyoxypropylene triol)∶n(HEMA)=3.08∶1∶3, the synthesized polyurethane acrylate has good hue and reasonable molecular weight and distribution. The UV curable coating prepared by the polyurethane acrylate has excellent comprehensive properties.
