用溶胶-凝胶法制备了La0.77-xCa0.2SrxMnO3钙钛矿材料,实验结果表明掺入少量Sr可显著调节样品的居里温度Tc至室温(由236 K提高至300 K),同时样品保持了较大的磁熵变.在1 T外场下,x=0.06的样品最大磁熵变2.32 J·kg-1K-1,Tc为271 K.该系列样品低磁场下在室温附近具有较大的磁熵变,可作为室温磁制冷材料.
