设计了一种成分(质量分数,%)为20Cr、6Ni、3.5Si、1.5Cu、1.3Mo、0.2N的新型含Si双相不锈钢,采用金相显微镜、X-射线衍射、扫描电镜和透射电镜研究了750℃时效处理不同时间对其显微组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明,时效处理显著降低室温冲击性能,时效1.5h后布氏硬度达到峰值.奥氏体中析出的纳米级ε-Cu相和铁素体/奥氏体相界析出的颗粒状Cr23 C6碳化物有利于提高布氏硬度值.Si3N4相在铁素体相中及铁素体/奥氏体相界析出显著降低室温冲击性能.
