电磁制动的磁场分布与电磁制动的冶金效果密切相关.建立了描述连铸结晶器内电磁制动过程的三维数学模型,在交错网格下利用半隐式压力校正算法求解了动量方程和感生电流方程,研究了带形电磁制动结晶器内的磁场和流场,并将计算结果与实测值进行了比较.结果表明,合理的电磁制动磁场强度为0.04~0.24 T.
