顶燃式空气、煤气自身双预热热风炉采用了顶燃式燃烧器热风炉专利的燃烧器技术和高温旁通烟道技术。使用该热风炉后所取得的效果是：总烟道内综合排烟温度可达600 ℃；可将空气、煤气预热到300 ℃；以单一高炉煤气为燃料时，热风温度可达1200 ℃以上；烟气经过空气、煤气换热器后温度低于180 ℃。

The topfiring air and gas selfpreheating hot blast stove adopts a patented burner and high blast temperature bypass flue. This hot blast stove has following features:the highest temperature of flue gas in general flue reaches 600 ℃; the air and gas are preheated to 300 ℃; the hot blast temperature is over 1200 ℃; the flue gas temperature is below 180 ℃.
