将V_2O_5担载在活性炭纤维(ACF)上制得V_2O_5/ACF催化剂,并采用暂态响应实验和NH_3吸附氧化实验等考察了影响V_2O_5/ACF催化剂上选择性催化还原(SCR)反应的关键因素.结果表明,NH_3在催化剂表面的吸附是必要的,而且该吸附是一个快速过程;气相O_2的存在有利于形成催化剂中所需的活性氧化态物种.NH_3吸附.脱附与原位质谱相结合的实验表明,V_2O_5/ACF催化剂具有吸附NH_3和将NH_3氧化为N_2H_2的能力,N_2H_2为NH_3氧化的一种中间体.
A novel V_2O_5/activated carbon fiber (ACF) catalyst for NO removal was prepared. The mechanism of selective catalytic reduction of NO was carried out by a transient response experiment and NH_3 adsorption and oxidation. The results show that NH_3 adsorption is necessary and is a fast process. The active sites can be easily formed in the presence of O_2. Adsorption and temperature-programmed desorption with online mass spectroscopy analysis were used to study the adsorption and oxidation behavior of NH_3 at 120℃ over the V_2O_5/ACF catalyst. The adsorbed NH_3 can be oxidized to N_2H_2 on the catalyst surface, and N_2H_2 is an intermediate of oxidized NH_3.
