采用原位聚合法制备聚磷酸铵(APP)-聚苯乙烯(PSt)核壳微球(CSP),并研究了CSP对环氧树脂(EP)阻燃及力学性能的影响.扫描电镜和透射电镜测试结果证实CSP为粒径0.7~1.1 μm规整微球,具有明显核壳界面.将CSP引入EP中制备阻燃复合材料.当CSP引入量为15%时,材料具有最佳阻燃效果,热释放速率峰值由1163.1 kW/m2降低到337.2 kW/m2.热重测试结果表明,引入CSP后EP的初始分解温度降低,促进高温成炭量增加.力学性能测试结果显示,CSP的引入可提高EP拉伸强度.
