通过Cu片腐蚀试验、红外光谱和XPS扫描分析, 对油溶性羧酸铜铜剂和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(T202)的抗腐蚀性能进行了研究.铜剂与 T202分别具有良好的抗腐蚀特性,两者复合后随着铜剂含量的增加抗腐蚀效果变差. 添加剂之间相互作用使元素S的活性增强,是造成Cu片腐蚀的主要原因.
The corrosion inhibition performance of oil carboxyl ic-acid copper and Zinc Dialkyldithiophosphate (T202) in 350SN base oil we re investigated by the copper-immersion tests combined with infrared spectrum an alysis and X-ray photoelectron spectrocopy.The results indicate that both of the copper additive and T202 showed good corrosion inhibition performanc e ,but the efficiency of T202 combined with the oil carboxylic-acid coppe r became worse.The activity of element sulphur was enhanced due to the interacti on between the copper additive and T202,which was the main reason for the corrosion of copper.
