利用静态浸泡法通过绘制增重率-时间曲线及采用红外光谱 研究高温条件下环氧粉末涂层耐介质(水、碱)渗透的能力,探讨了高温(100℃~120℃)与 低温(T<100℃)下该涂层中的介质传输行为.结果表明:在环境温度高于玻璃化转变温度时 ,涂层抗介质渗透能力差;在环境温度小于玻璃化转变温度时,涂层抗介质渗透能力强.介 质温度在100℃~120℃范围内,环氧涂层与其在低温条件下同样具有良好的耐碱性.
Epoxy powder coating resistance to corrosion medium in high temperature solution is investigated using static immersion method and infrared spectroscopy, analyz ed medium transport behavior between 100℃ to 120℃ and between 100℃.Experience results show:(1)When the medium temperture is higher than Tg,epoxy powder coating resistance to corrosion medium is worse.When the medium temperature is lowe r than Tg, Epoxy powder coating resistance to corrosion medium is better.( 2)Epoxy powder coatings in high temperature solution(100℃≤T≤120℃)have sa me good alkali-resistance as that in low temperature solution(T<100℃).
