利用真空甩带机制备了Fe84Zr2.08Nb1.92Cu1B11金属快淬薄带.X射线衍射结果表明:薄带经570℃退火后析出纳米化结构bcc a-Fe相,晶粒大小约为20 nm~40 nm,利用HP4294A阻抗分析仪测量了此纳米晶薄带中的巨磁阻抗效应.结果显示在低频下阻抗随外磁场单调减小,这主要是由于磁导率随外磁场的变化导致的,高频下阻抗随外磁场变化出现1个峰值,这主要是由于横向各向异性的原因.运用计算机模拟了这一结果,发现磁导率随外磁场的变化在外场与各向异性场的比值约为0.9处出现了峰值,巨磁阻抗效应也在此位置出现峰值.并且随着驱动电流频率的增大峰值变大.
