以乙醇为溶剂制备聚乙烯醇,研究了醇解体系中水含量、NaOH含量和反应温度、反应时间等工艺因素对醇解度的影响.研究结果发现,水含量的控制是控制醇解的有效方法.体系中NaOH含量增大,醇解度变大,但碱量过大反而降低醇解度.乙醇醇解法制备聚乙烯醇有实际应用价值.
