采用机械合金化法制备了Fe70Zr10B20、Fe63Co7Zr10B20和Fe63Ni7Zr10B20合金.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)研究了3种合金的机械合金化过程及晶化过程.Fe70Zr10 B20球磨50h后的合金由大量非晶相和少量晶态相组成,Co的添加对FeZrB非晶合金的形成起到了抑制作用;Ni的添加对FeZrB非晶合金的形成起到了促进作用.Fe70-Zr10B20、Fe63Co7Zr10B20合金的晶化过程容易进行,而Fe63 Ni7Zr10 B20合金的晶化比较困难.
Fe70Zr10 B20 ,Fe63Co7Zr10B20 and Fe63Ni7Zr10B20 alloys are prepared by mechanical alloying. Preparations and crystallization progresses of three alloys are studied by X-ray diffraction. Fe70Zr10 B20 milled for 50h is composed of a lot of amorphous and a little of crystal. The glass formation is restrained by adding Co, but promoted by adding Ni. The crystallization progresses of Fe70Zr10 B20 alloy and Fe63 Co7 Zr10 B20 alloy are easy, but difficulty for Fe63-Ni7Zr10 B20 alloy.
