采用紫外分光光度分析法,研究了无机盐和pH对含有添加剂的酸性氯化钾镀锌溶液吸光度的影响.在最佳吸收波长227.50 nm和pH 5.52~5.58范围内,测定了电镀中不同电流密度下A柔软剂分别在阴、阳极上的消耗速率.该方法快速,方便,可用于电镀过程中A柔软剂含量的监测.
