以纤维级聚苯硫醚(PPS)树脂为原料,采用毛细管流变仪在剪切速率50 s-1~3000 s-1范围内研究了不同光稳定剂对PPS流变行为的影响.结果表明,不同光稳定剂的加入对PPS非牛顿指数影响较小,且随温度升高都趋向于0.9;在剪切速率为0 s-1~487 s-1范围内,PPS会出现"剪切增稠"现象,而光稳定刺炭黑和受阻胺的加入起一定的抑制作用;在高剪切区487 s-1~3000 s-1范围内,PPS结构黏度指数随温度的升高而减小,减小的程度越低,则熔体结构越稳定,可纺性越好;光稳定剂的加入会使PPS的粘流活化能减小.
