测量了碳钢和耐候钢在上海地区大气中的腐蚀速率,分析测定了锈层的相组成以及合金 元素的分布.结果表明,腐蚀1年的碳钢表面锈层没有分层现象,且锈层中存在着较多的孔洞 和裂纹;耐候钢的表面锈层已经产生了明显的分层现象,内锈层主要有α-FeOOH和γ-FeOOH 构成,外锈层有γ-FeOOH和FeO构成.在内锈层中存在着裂纹,裂纹处产生了Cr元素的富集现 象.
Corrosion of carbon steel and the weathering steel in marine atmosphere during different time was compared,the morphology of rust layer was observed,and the distribution of the alloy elements in the rus t layer was determined.The results show that corrosion rust of weathering steel exposed in the atmosphere for 1 year consisted of inner layer and outer layer ob viously, the former is composed of α-FeOOH mainly,and the latter is of α-FeO OH and a little FeO.There are some cracks distributed in the inner layer,where contains richer alloy elements compared to the substrate steel.
