利用溶液混合的方法制备了碳纳米管硅橡胶复合材料,并对复合材料的力学、电学、热学等性能进行了研究.结果表明:采用溶液混合并用超声辅助分散的方法可以获得表面光洁平整、分散较好和具有良好弹性的导电硅橡胶.2%(质量分数)的碳纳米管能使硅橡胶的抗拉强度提高一倍,7.5%质量分数)的碳纳米管就能使硅橡胶的电阻率下降10个数量级.另外,通过碳纳米管改性的硅橡胶复合材料的电阻率在外力作用下,明显存在弛豫现象;DSC测试也表明,碳纳米管的加入提高了硅橡胶的热稳定性,而且5%(质量分数)的碳纳米管能使复合材料的热氧化分解温度提高了32℃.
