对镁锂合金化学镀镍进行了研究，确定了合适的前处理工艺。使用扫描电镜和X射线衍射技术分析镀层的表面形貌和化学组成，并采用电化学及硬度测试等手段分析镀层性能。结果表明：化学镀Ni-P镀层致密、无明显缺陷，其P含量约为5.61 mass%。化学镀Ni-P镀层的显微硬度值约为350.5 HV，其自腐蚀电位约为-1.30 V。在3.5% NaCl溶液中浸泡48 h后有少数腐蚀斑点出现，表明镀层具有良好的耐蚀性能，对镁锂合金提供一定的保护作用。
Technological process and operation conditions for electroless nickel plating of magnesium-lithium alloys were studied, as well as the structure and composition of plating were analyzed along with the thickness and microhardness were measured．Results showed that the plating had excellent adhesive strength and corrosion resistance．
