采用水热热压-煅烧法将等离子气化垃圾灰渣制备成轻质多孔保温材料.不同的水热工艺会影响析出晶体的类型,针状透辉石可以连接不同玻璃颗粒,使其在煅烧温度下更好的包裹住气体.同时,煅烧工艺也会明显影响气体的逸出情况.当垃圾灰渣利用率为40%时,采用合适工艺可以制备得到抗压强度为5.31 MPa,密度为0.50g/cm3的多孔材料.
