分别利用固态反应法和化学溶液法制备了La22NiMnO6+δ氧化物块材.利用热重分析(TG)对化学溶液法前驱体混合物的热分解过程进行了研究;利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对2种方法合成的La2NiMnO6+δ氧化物的相组成和形貌结构进行了表征.结果表明,选择合适的前驱体(La(NO3)3、Ni(NO3)2、Mn(CH3COO)2),利用化学溶液法可以在较低温度和较短时问热处理得到单相的La2NiMnO6+δ氧化物,其晶粒平均尺寸约为200 nm.
