硅烷改性是目前钢筋混凝土结构上常用的防护手段之一。与普通涂料相比,硅烷具有较好的渗透性和疏水性。采用辛基三乙氧基硅烷对混凝土表面改性。通过接触角观察、吸水率测试、电化学测试以及傅立叶红外吸收测试得出:硅烷分子通过水解缩合反应在孔隙壁表面形成有机硅树脂;表面改性后的混凝土疏水效果明显,浸润角大于100°,混凝土吸水率显著降低,扩散阻抗明显增加,混凝土耐蚀性增强。

Silane modification is one of the common techniques used for enhancing the corrosion resistance of carbon steel in concrete, due to the superior penetrability and hydrophobicity of silane. Octyl triethoxysilane(OTES) was taken to modify the concrete surface. The results of IR spectra, contact angle, water absorption and electrochemical tests showed that a hydrophobic layer with water contact angle over 100°was formed on the micropore surface of concrete through the hydrolysis and condensation reactions of silane, resulting in a significant decrease of water absorption and enhancement of corrosion resistance of concrete.
