针对聚甲醛( POM)热稳定性较差的问题,研究了抗氧剂、吸醛吸酸剂和成核剂对其长期热氧稳定化的影响。结果表明,经120℃/1000h的热氧老化后,吸醛剂K-3对POM的断裂伸长率保持率的改善最为明显,达99.5%;成核剂则在保持POM力学性能的基础上,有效降低了热氧老化后的b值,显示了优异的长期热氧稳定化作用。
In view of the poor thermal stability of POM ,effects of antioxidants,formaldehyde absorbers and nu-cleating agent on the long-term thermal stability of POM were investigated.It has been concluded from thermal-oxi-dative aging(100℃/1000h) test that elongation retention of POM can be distinctly improved to reach 99.5% by formaldehyde absorber K and the value of b has been outstandingly improved by the addition of nucleating agent , which maintains good mechanical properties and plays an important role in long -term thermal stability.
