用辣根过氧化物酶催化木素与酚在反相微乳 液系统中进行了共聚反应,结果表明,反应速率很大,由于在木素分子间引入了聚甲酚片段,共 聚物的热性能有较大改善。
In order that ethylene-propylene rubber(EPR) membrane was modified, the BPO-induced grafting copolymerization of vinyl acetate(Vac) to EPR membranes were studied. The EPR membrane and Vac, BPO, Cu(NO3)2, methanol and small water were added in the glass bottle, the solution was bubble with N2 gas(99.95%) for 10 min to remove O2 then reaction bottle was seated. Under maginetic agitatar and heat, the grafting reaction was carried out. The EPR-g-Vac membranes were extracted with methanol, dried under vacuum, EPR-g-Vac membranes were obtained. The effects of [Vac],[Cu(NO3)2] and temperature on degree of grafting were studied. The optimum grafting conditions are [Vac]=5.4 mol/L, [Cu(NO3)2]=1.33×10-4 mol/L, grafting temperature 60 ℃, respectively. When the IR spectra of EPR-g-Vac and EPR membranes are compared, it is seen that in the specteum of EPR-g-Vac membrane new absortion appear, at about 1720 cm-1(ester carboxyl group), this result proves that Vac is grafted onto the EPR membrane. The tensile strength and elongation of break of EPR-g-Vac membrane(G=16%) is compared with EPR membrane, it is seen that the tensile strength was increased to be 5 times and the elongation of break was decreased to be 1 times.
