基于以跟踪单元建立起的在线凝固模型的以坯龄建立起的二冷模型,根据生产现场工艺条件,有利于制定出合理的二冷制度,控制合理的铸坯表面温度、凝固末端的液相穴的形状及深度,为进行凝固末端轻压下创造条件,最终改善铸坯表面质量及内部质量。该系统优化之后杜绝了表面纵裂及横裂,中心疏松及偏析明显改善,消除了内部裂纹。

The secondary cooling model based on the solidification model with tracing elements is convenient to establish the reasonable secondary cooling system under site process conditions;It can control the liquid hole shape and depth in solidification end and prepare for soft reduction which can improve the surface quality and the interior quality of slab. After optimization, we can prevent surface longitudinal and transverse cracks, improve center porosity and segregation, and eliminate internal cracks.
