本文以高岭土尾砂为研究对象,通过测定净浆试块抗压强度和化学结合水量,探讨了CaO添加量和球磨时间对尾砂-水泥复合胶凝材料性能及水化进程的影响,并评价了制备的水泥基胶凝材料性能及在混凝土中的应用效果.研究结果表明:尾砂通过配加合适的化学激发剂,经共同研磨处理后再掺入到普通硅酸盐水泥(OPC)中,可获得一种性能优良的水泥基胶凝材料,其胶砂28 d抗折和抗压强度较OPC胶砂显著提高,其中28 d抗压强度比达到116%;试制的C30混凝土与OPC试制的28 d抗压强度比为102%,且明显优于等量代替水泥的粉煤灰和火山灰微粉.该技术不仅可减少水泥用量,降低工程造价,还使尾砂变废为宝,减少占地及环境污染,具有显著的经济与社会效益.
