采用自乳化法制备了甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯改性水性聚氨酯(AWPU)乳液,并与环氧(EP)乳液混合,通过红外、差示扫描量热法和热重法表征了AWPU、EP、AWPU-EP乳液在上胶过程中发生的化学反应及其耐热性能.结果表明:在温度低于300℃时,AWPU-EP复合乳液的热失重介于AWPU乳液与EP乳液之间;当温度高于350℃时,AWPU-EP复合乳液具有较好的耐热性,其最大失重速率温度由EP乳液的312.8℃和AWPU乳液的321.6℃提高到410.2℃.用AWPU质量分数为20%和80%的AWPU-EP复合乳液分别对碳纤维上胶时,所得碳纤维的集束性较好,耐磨性能优于用EP乳液上胶的碳纤维.
