研究了DD407单晶高温合金在900℃长期无应力时效过程中,组织的演变规律及其对中温性能的影响。研究结果表明:经长达3000h的时效后,合金的组织稳定,无有害相析出,760℃中温强度稳定,但伸长率显著提高。
Microstructure and its effect on medium temperature performance of single crystal superalloy DD407 was investigated after long-term aging without stress at 900℃ for 3000h. The results show that the microstructure of DD407 is stable and no detrimental phase precipitated. Tensile strength reminds steady and ductility increases at 760℃ after long-term aging.
